BREAKTHROUGH: MISTING TECHNOLOGY

The process needed to be gentle. With the early morning dew as inspiration our resident rocket scientist invented misting technology. Unlike traditional methods our leaves pass through a cleansing fog, gently hydrating each leaf while cleaning them with electrically charged water.

The mist produced by our patented machines is electrically charged, transforming it into a natural immune system that delicately cleans our leaves and removes bacteria. But it doesn’t stop thereâ€¦

Baby leaves like spinach and rocket are more than 90% water. By creating water droplets smaller than the holes in the leaves themselves our machines keep everything gently hydrated. We capture morning dew freshness in every bag and ensure an improved shelf life.
